ImTracker

ImTracker is a Covid immunity test that identifies an individual's risk of infection by Covid viral variants.

ImTracker provides deep insights into an individual’s immunity to six Covid viral variants. This simple, laboratory ELISA test measures the ability of neutralizing antibodies to reduce or block infection by SARS-CoV-2, the Covid causing virus. Requiring only a finger prick of blood, the ImTracker generates accurate results in less than four hours.

The Covid Omicron XBB.1.5 viral variant

In this video, Professor Ravi Gupta, from the Cambridge Institute for Therapeutic Immunology and Infectious Diseases, discusses the Omicron XBB.1.5 “recombinant” variant. With the ability to evade the body’s immune system, it is the most transmissible variant to date.

Vital role of
neutralizing antibodies

The link between neutralizing antibodies and protection from infection is well established.

ImTracker gives information on immunity to infection by Covid viral variants. Newer variants are sold individually and can be used in the test. Omicron viral variants XBB, XBB.1.5 are available now.

Understanding risk of infection from Covid viral variants

The ImTracker Covid immunity test has been developed to provide an understanding of the ability of the humoral immune system to fight Covid infection.

The risk of developing severe Covid disease following infection is mediated by several factors such as age, other comorbidities that may affect the immune system, vaccination history and natural Covid infection.

The ImTracker Covid immunity test is a blood test that indicates the level of neutralizing antibodies against six viral variants. A low neutralizing antibody level indicates a reduced ability to resist infection by different variants of the Covid causing virus. Newer strains, such as XBB and XBB.1.5, have the ability to evade the immune system, even in those previously vaccinated with the original vaccine, or previously infected.

ImTracker Covid Immunity test helps understand risk of infection from the most recent viral variants

ImTracker COVID-19 Viral Variant Neutralization Test tests immunity against six Covid viral variants of concern. New variants will be made available, as they emerge, for use in the test. Today, the ImTracker test includes: Wuhan (ancestral strain); Beta; Gamma; Delta, Omicron BA.1; Omicron BA.2.

Also available for individual sale: Omicron BA4/5, XBB and XBB.1.5.

ImTracker highlights the impact of booster vaccination

ImTracker data, showing poorer antibody response to Omicron variants, even after two vaccine shots. A booster shot, in the same cohort, causes neutralizing antibody levels to rise significantly.
